Invest India supported PEI-Genesis in evaluating and establishing its manufacturing facility in India by providing strategic guidance throughout the investment process. The team assisted the company in assessing multiple locations across Karnataka, Telangana and Maharashtra, helping identify the most suitable destination for the proposed facility. Invest India shared detailed insights on Maharashtra's industrial ecosystem, including state policies, incentive frameworks, labour availability, utility costs and land options to strengthen the company's investment assessment. As Pune was being evaluated alongside international manufacturing locations, the team highlighted the region's strong industrial base, skilled workforce and favourable business environment while providing comparative assessments of suitable land parcels.

These efforts contributed to the successful acquisition of land in Pune, Maharashtra, enabling PEI-Genesis to establish a manufacturing facility that will produce custom-built connectors for defence, aerospace, rail, energy and industrial applications.
