Invest India supported Corsendonk Hotels in identifying a suitable destination for its first international investment by providing strategic guidance throughout the company's location evaluation process. After the company approached Invest India, the team worked closely with the investor to assess multiple investment destinations, including Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.

Invest India facilitated interactions with state tourism authorities, providing the company with insights into state policies, incentive frameworks and the tourism ecosystem. Invest India continued to facilitate engagement with state authorities, who introduced the company to consultants offering multiple site options across the state. These efforts supported the company's decision to acquire a 6-acre site in Khalapur, Maharashtra, for the development of its Ayurveda wellness resort in partnership with Maharishi Ayurveda. Invest India continues to engage with the company as it explores additional hospitality investments in Andhra Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh.
