Invest India supported SeaShell Hotels & Resorts in identifying a suitable location for its luxury resort project by providing strategic guidance throughout the investment process. The team worked closely with the investor to understand its project requirements, including preferred land size, investment potential and location preferences.

Invest India prepared customised location assessments covering potential destinations across Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. Coorg was identified as the preferred destination for the proposed investment. The team also assisted during the site evaluation process that enabled the company to acquire a 100-acre coffee plantation in Kodagu district.

These efforts contributed to the successful acquisition of the project site for the development of a luxury resort expected to generate around 100 direct employment opportunities while strengthening Karnataka's premium tourism and hospitality sector.
