(Mahaan Milk) in identifying a suitable location for its Greenfield Integrated Dairy & Nutrition Complex by providing strategic guidance throughout the company's expansion journey. After the company's initial expansion plans in Uttar Pradesh did not progress as envisaged, Invest India worked closely with the investor to evaluate alternative investment destinations, ensuring continuity of the project.

Through feasibility assessments and location analysis, Invest India highlighted Andhra Pradesh as a suitable destination based on factors such as raw material availability, logistics connectivity and market access.

Invest India continues to facilitate the project's implementation through coordinated engagement with central and state stakeholders, including support for a proposed Memorandum of Understanding covering the Andhra Pradesh investment.
