Invest India supported SJAR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in advancing its greenfield investment in Bihar by facilitating the resolution of land allotment challenges. After the company approached Invest India regarding an erroneous land allotment, the team worked closely with the Government of Bihar and BIADA to support the resolution of the issue.

As the scope of the project expanded, Invest India assisted the company in evaluating suitable locations based on ecosystem advantages and raw material availability. The team identified the Mega Food Park at Damodarpur in Muzaffarpur as an ideal destination which supports efficient sourcing of raw materials. These efforts contributed to the successful allotment of a 2-acre land parcel for the project, which is expected to generate around 75 direct employment opportunities and strengthen Bihar's food processing ecosystem.
