Invest India engaged with CNH Industrial from the early planning stage, supporting project structuring, location assessment and evaluation of state-wise incentives and the farm machinery ecosystem. The team shared sectoral insights and competitive analysis, facilitated discussions with the governments of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Haryana and enabled multiple engagements with Invest UP and YEIDA on incentives, approvals and project facilitation.

Invest India also identified and shared suitable land options across states, supporting the company's decision to establish its facility in YEIDA, Uttar Pradesh.
