Presented a comprehensive investment opportunity highlighting India's technical textiles ecosystem, domestic mattress market, export potential and supported the company in developing its business case. Invest India assisted the company in evaluating Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat through comparative analysis of incentives and investment opportunities. Supported site assessments that led to Telangana being shortlisted. The team facilitated the signing of the MoU between the Government of Telangana and Slumberzone during the India–New Zealand Business Summit in New Delhi. Provided guidance on incentives available under Telangana's Textile & Apparel Policy (T-TAP).
