Invest India supported Baettr's expansion in Tamil Nadu by facilitating regulatory coordination for the company's next phase of investment. Invest India coordinated with key central ministries and state authorities to facilitate the environmental clearance process and supporting engagement with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC). The team also facilitated discussions with DPIIT, the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), the Danish Embassy to help address regulatory bottlenecks and maintain project momentum.

Invest India supported coordination with state authorities on matters related to land and public consultation requirements arising from the project's location. These efforts have supported the company's capacity expansion at its existing facility in SIPCOT Industrial Park, Thervoy Kandigai.
