THM Haude

Invest India supported THM Haude in establishing its new manufacturing facility in Haryana by providing strategic guidance throughout the company's location assessment and investment planning process. Invest India facilitated discussions with the Haryana Industries Department on land availability, pricing, change of land use (CLU) requirements and the state's incentive framework. The team also enabled high-level engagements with the Directorate of Industries, the Directorate of MSME and the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC), ensuring the company received comprehensive support during its investment evaluation.

These efforts contributed to the successful acquisition of approximately 2 acres of land in Jhajjar which is expected to generate over 100 direct employment opportunities and reducing import dependence for critical hydraulic systems.
