The team first engaged with McCain's global leadership in 2019, highlighting India's potential as a food processing hub backed by strong agricultural supply chains and rising domestic demand. Continuous engagement with the company helped revive investment discussions in 2024. Site visits across key locations in Madhya Pradesh were facilitated to support the company's location evaluation process.

Invest India further coordinated engagements with senior officials from the Central Government and the Government of Madhya Pradesh, including meetings with the Hon'ble Chief Minister during the final site evaluation, contributing to the successful allotment of land in Agar Malwa for the company's proposed investment.
