Invest India supported BASF in evaluating and advancing its proposed MDI manufacturing project by providing strategic market intelligence, location assessment and stakeholder facilitation. The team shared insights on India's chemical value chain, assessed the availability of key raw materials and presented growth opportunities across major end-use industries.

The team also facilitated engagements with key stakeholders from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, DPIIT, the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, the Government of Gujarat and the Deendayal Port Authority to support discussions on port infrastructure and project readiness. These efforts contributed to the Offer-cum-Allotment of 220 acres of land in Dahej by GIDC, with the project currently progressing through the feasibility stage.
