Invest India engaged Amneal through its US roadshow and supported the company's expansion by facilitating land conversion, environmental and regulatory approvals, and key state-level clearances. The team coordinated with central and state authorities to expedite approvals, resolve SEZ and compliance-related issues and provide guidance on central schemes and the Gujarat Biotech Policy. Invest India also enabled engagements with senior government stakeholders and continues to support the project through policy facilitation and regulatory assistance.
